Shipping policy

Shipping times may vary depending on inventory and demand. Order processing usually begins within 48 hours of receipt and orders will be processed in the order they are received. Orders often ship within a few days of receipt, however if everything needed to fulfill the order is not available due to demand the date your order ships could take up to 14 business days.

For orders within the United States, we ship exclusively with USPS and UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

U.S.A. Customers: Shipping costs are completely covered by us when you spend $50.

International Customers: Please send us your information via our contact form so we can offer you discounted shipping BEFORE placing your order!

Ready to Ship items will ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. If your order contains any pre-order items or items NOT labeled Ready to Ship, your entire order will not ship until the day of the pre-order or within our turnaround time of up to 14 business days.

Customs ship within 10 BUSINESS days.

Regalo Creations is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We recommend purchasing the extended "Route" insurance on every order, available in your 'Shopping Cart' before checkout.

If your order is returned back to Regalo Creations due to address issues, we are not responsible for additional shipping charges. You are responsible for all additional shipping fees if you would like your order resent to the correct address. 

Regalo Creations is not responsible for international duties, taxes, and tariffs charged to customers upon delivery. If packages are returned back to us you will be refunded your order value minus ALL costs incurred for your order.

Please double check your order and shipping information as we are unable to make adjustments and/or cancelations once your order is placed.
